What an affiliate relationship means

An affiliate relationship allows a retailer or service provider to attribute a purchase to a link on this site. The provider may then pay us a commission. The amount and eligibility rules are set by the provider, and a visitor does not pay us to use the calculators.

Affiliate revenue helps support hosting, maintenance, research, and continued access to the site's free tools. It does not change the formulas used by the calculators or the scenarios they produce.

How affiliate links are identified

Pages that contain affiliate links include a nearby disclosure and identify the relationship in the link wording, such as "paid link." Paid links also use the standard rel="sponsored" attribute so browsers and search engines can identify their commercial nature.

Editorial independence

We aim to describe products and services accurately and to distinguish scenarios from verified facts. A commission does not guarantee positive coverage, placement, or a recommendation. Calculator results use visible user-supplied inputs and, where applicable, plainly cited fixed rules; affiliate compensation does not change the formula.

Visitors should evaluate whether a product fits their needs, confirm current prices and terms with the seller, and avoid treating an affiliate link as financial or professional advice.

How recommended products are selected

The recommended products and tools catalog starts with a specific creator workflow, explains who an option may fit, and lists checks to make before paying. Commission size does not determine placement. We do not claim hands-on testing unless it actually occurred, and we do not publish copied reviews, seller ratings, stock claims, or unsupported "best" rankings.

Software links are ordinary, non-affiliate links unless the page and link explicitly say otherwise. A publicly available affiliate program is not proof that Creator Revenue Calculator has been accepted into it.

Our separate Etsy storefront

DevelopVault is our separate Etsy storefront, so its product links promote our own offers rather than a third-party affiliate relationship. Those links are still labeled and qualified as commercial links. The current Etsy listing controls the price, included files, compatibility details, and purchase terms.

Prices, availability, and product claims

Prices, availability, features, and seller terms can change after a page is published. The seller's checkout page and current policies control the transaction. Creator Revenue Calculator is not the seller and cannot resolve shipping, returns, billing, warranties, or product-support issues.
